Every print is made to order, so there are two parts to the timeline: production and delivery.

Production: 1–3 business days from when your order is placed.

Delivery: 3–14 business days depending on your location — Sweden 2–5 days, Europe 3–7 days, USA & Canada 5–10 days, Australia & rest of world 7–14 days.

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Free worldwide shipping on all orders above €95. Most standard print sizes (50×70 cm and above) qualify automatically.

For orders below €95, a shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Add your items to the cart and enter your delivery country to see the rate.

Yes — we ship to all countries worldwide from our studio in Stockholm, Sweden.

Orders outside the EU may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are outside our control.

First check your tracking link — it will be in the dispatch email we sent you. If tracking shows no update for more than 5 business days, or if your order has not arrived within the expected window, please contact us at airpixelsmedia@gmail.com with your order number.

If your order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional charges may apply for redelivery. Please double-check your address at the time of ordering.

Every print is carefully rolled and shipped in a rigid protective tube. We do not ship prints flat. The tube protects the print from bending and moisture throughout the journey.

Open editions are printed on 210g bright natural white art paper with a matte finish — a premium archival stock with lifetime colour guarantee.

Limited editions are printed on 308g Hahnemühle museum-grade fine art paper — the same archival standard used by galleries and museums worldwide. Exceptional depth, texture and detail.

Standard open edition sizes are: 30×40 cm (from €50), 50×70 cm (from €105), 70×100 cm (from €165) and 80×120 cm (from €275). All sizes include a 50mm white border.

Limited editions are available in fixed sizes specific to each edition. Custom sizes are available on request — contact us for details.

Every print includes a clean 50mm white border on all four sides. This gives the artwork breathing room and makes framing straightforward — you can drop the print directly into any standard frame without cutting or trimming.

The sizes listed are total print sizes including the border. The image area is the total size minus 100mm in each dimension (50mm per side). See our Product Information page for a full breakdown.

We do not sell frames, but our prints are designed to fit standard frame sizes — the 50mm white border makes framing straightforward at any size.

Yes. Custom sizes, alternative paper selections and professional framing are all available on request. Every custom order is handled personally. Contact us with your requirements and we will get back to you with a quote.

Limited editions are a fixed number of prints — typically 5, 19 or 29 — printed on 308g Hahnemühle museum-grade fine art paper. Each one is hand-signed and numbered by Tobias Hägg and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.

Once an edition is sold out, it will never be reprinted. No exceptions. This is what makes them collector pieces.

Every limited edition includes: the print itself on 308g Hahnemühle fine art paper, hand-signed and numbered by Tobias Hägg, plus a Certificate of Authenticity confirming the edition number and origin of the work.

No. Once an edition is closed, the image will not be reprinted under any circumstances. The edition number on each certificate is a permanent record. If you want to be notified when a new limited edition drops, sign up for updates.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at airpixelsmedia@gmail.com with:

  ·  Photographs of the packaging it arrived in

We will send a replacement promptly. Please do not discard the packaging until the issue is resolved.

Email us at airpixelsmedia@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of what you received. We will send the correct print immediately at no extra cost.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for undamaged prints returned in their original packaging. Because every print is made to order, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

If you are unsure about a size or image before ordering, contact us — we are happy to advise.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Klarna (pay later / instalments), Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. See our Payment Methods page for full details.

Yes. All prices displayed on the store are in Euros (€) and are inclusive of VAT. The full order total — including shipping — is shown clearly before you confirm your purchase.

Because every print is made to order, we start production quickly. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us at airpixelsmedia@gmail.com as soon as possible.

We will do our best to accommodate changes before production begins. Once a print has been produced, cancellations may not be possible.

You are welcome to share our product photos online, provided you include a link back to our homepage or the relevant product page.

Images may not be altered, resold or used for commercial purposes. All content on this website is copyrighted. High-resolution images are available on request.

Yes. We work with interior designers, hotels, offices and residential projects on bespoke commissions, large format prints and bulk orders. Custom sizes and paper selections are available.

Yes. Airpixels gift cards are valid for two years from the date of purchase and can be redeemed in our online store. They cannot be exchanged for cash. See our gifts collection for available denominations.
