Made to order

Every print is produced individually when your order is placed. Nothing is held in stock. Production typically takes 1–3 business days before your order is handed to the carrier. Please factor this into your expected delivery window.

3–14 business days from dispatch

Delivery times vary depending on your location. As a general guide:

Delivery estimates are from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. During peak periods (November–December) please allow additional time.

Carriers

PostNord, DHL, UPS & FedEx

We use PostNord, DHL, UPS and FedEx depending on your destination and order size. The carrier is selected automatically at the time of dispatch to ensure the best combination of speed and reliability for your location. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has been collected.

Packaging

Shipped in a protective tube

Every print is carefully rolled and shipped in a rigid protective tube designed to prevent damage in transit. We do not ship prints flat. If your print arrives damaged despite this packaging, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and we will resolve it promptly.

Free shipping threshold

Free worldwide shipping above €95

All orders above €95 qualify for free worldwide shipping, regardless of destination. For orders below €95, a shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of the order.

Most standard print sizes (50×70 cm and above) qualify automatically. The 30×40 cm print at €50 does not qualify on its own — consider adding a second print to reach the free shipping threshold.

Customs & import duties

International orders

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by your local authorities. These charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the recipient.

We declare all shipments accurately and at full value. We are unable to mark packages as gifts or undervalue their contents.

Order tracking

Track your order

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with your tracking number once your print has been dispatched. If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of your order, please check your spam folder or contact us directly.
