Camel Train | Cable Beach, Broome, Western Australia
Two camel trains moving in formation along Cable Beach, Broome — seen from directly above in late afternoon light. Long shadows stretch across the tidal sand toward the Indian Ocean. From altitude, the geometry is perfect.

"The quality of the images was greater than I could have ever hoped for. I am proud to call myself a collector of his work."

Cable Beach in Broome, Western Australia is one of the longest and most isolated stretches of coastline in the world — 22 kilometres of white sand along the edge of the Indian Ocean, where the water turns vivid turquoise at low tide and the afternoon light arrives at a low angle that turns everything gold. The camel rides along Cable Beach at sunset are one of Broome's most distinctive sights from the ground. From altitude they become something else entirely — two perfect columns of figures and shadows moving in symmetrical formation across the sand, the scale of the beach making them appear impossibly small against the expanse of water and shore.
Camel Ride is a print about scale, symmetry and the quality of Kimberley light. The warm palette — deep teal ocean, golden wet sand, the orange of the camel riders — works in any interior that can hold something vivid and specific. A print that people stop and look at twice before they understand what they are seeing.
