Right of Withdrawal

As a customer of Airpixels Prints & Fine Art, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in undamaged condition.

• You must first contact us at airpixelsmedia@gmail.com to receive return instructions and the return address.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will issue a refund or cancel the invoice within 30 days.

Exceptions – Custom & Limited Edition Products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Custom products created specifically for you.

• Limited edition prints or any items with significant customization.

These products are final sale and non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care to ensure your prints arrive in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged or with visible defects:

• Please contact us immediately at airpixelsmedia@gmail.com with details and photos of the damage.

• If the product is confirmed damaged, we will cover all return shipping costs and send you a replacement at no additional charge.
