Every print is made to order with care. If something is not right when it arrives, we will fix it. This page explains your rights and how the process works.

14-day withdrawal right
As a customer of Airpixels Prints & Fine Art, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
To qualify, the item must be:
Unused and in its original condition
Returned in its original packaging
Undamaged — in the same condition it arrived
To initiate a withdrawal, contact us at airpixelsmedia@gmail.com before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions and the return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will issue a full refund within 30 days.
Change of mind
30-day returns for open editions
Beyond the 14-day legal withdrawal period, we accept returns on open edition prints within 30 days of delivery — provided the print is undamaged and returned in its original tube packaging.
Because every print is made to order, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We will refund the cost of the print once it is received in good condition.
If you are unsure about a size, image or how something will look in your space before ordering, contact us first — we are happy to help you make the right choice.
Exceptions — final sale
The right of withdrawal does not apply to
Limited edition prints
Limited editions are collector pieces produced in fixed numbers. Once an edition is sold out it cannot be reprinted. For this reason, all limited edition sales are final and non-refundable.
Custom orders
Prints produced to a custom size, on a non-standard paper, or as a bespoke commission are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or refunded.
Damaged or defective items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
We take great care in packing every print. If your order arrives damaged or with visible defects, please contact us at airpixelsmedia@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with the following:
Clear photographs of the damaged print
Photographs of the packaging it arrived in
If the damage is confirmed, we will cover all return shipping costs and send you a replacement at no charge. Please do not discard the packaging until the matter is fully resolved.
Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a free replacement. We strongly recommend inspecting your print as soon as it arrives.
Wrong item received
We will make it right immediately.
If you receive a print that is different from what you ordered, email us at airpixelsmedia@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of what you received. We will send the correct print at no extra cost and arrange return of the incorrect item.

Email airpixelsmedia@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send anything back before hearing from us.
We send return instructions
We will confirm eligibility and provide the return address and any further instructions.
Refund issued within 30 days
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 30 days.
