The Devil's Grip | Edition of 5 | Sossusvlei, Namibia
From a helicopter above Sossusvlei at sunrise, the dune formation known as The Devil's Grip catches the first light of the day - shadow still deep in the valleys, the ridge lines burning orange against the oldest desert on earth.

"The quality of the images was greater than I could have ever hoped for. I am proud to call myself a collector of his work."
Matthew D. ·
The Namib desert conceals volcanic features that are only comprehensible from altitude — formations shaped by forces that operated over millions of years, now standing as monuments in a landscape that preserves everything the sun does not consume. The Devil's Grip is one of those formations: a structure that from the ground is just another piece of ancient rock, but from above reveals a grip-like geometry that gives the image its name.
Five prints. No exceptions. Once the edition is closed, this image will never be printed again under any circumstances. Each print arrives hand-signed and numbered by Tobias Hägg on 308g Hahnemühle museum-grade fine art paper, with a Certificate of Authenticity confirming its number within the edition.
